                           EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 

AGU [THE BRAVE HEART], is poised to be the most significant Nigerian film of 2023 and perhaps the most significant African film of the decade. With our strong distribution component, we anticipate having it released in major digital platforms in Nigeria, Africa, Europe and the rest of the world to all viable markets and platforms, thereby maximizing profits for our investors.

 

AGU [THE BRAVE HEART], is a dramatic look at the lifestyle of young Igbo Man “AGU”, born with some supernatural powers, Agu performs some strange feats when he’s possessed by a strange god, and these makes his age-mates to dread him.

Agu’s mother was barren, despite the fact she was married as a virgin, her husband “Amobi” disrespects her by going to spend the night with his concubines.

Out of such humiliation Agu’s mother secretly goes to offer sacrifice to (DIMGBA) a strange gods of an Aro-man, which the community forbids and she was able to conceive for her husband. Meanwhile the Aro-man in question is a foreigner and slave trader in the community where he sojourns,

 

Unfortunately for Agu’s father, he wasn’t alive to witness the birth of Agu his son. The same night Agu was born, his father “Amobi” was killed in a communal clash between two warring neighbouring towns, “Umuoye and Oke-Obodo

The narrative structure is in a nonlinear real-time-like fashion and relies on high artistic twist of our story, hidden character motivations, complexity and emotional dynamics offset the perfect strategic tone and mood of this work of art.

 

A formidable cast is being assembled, many based on professional relationships. The Executive team fully anticipates securing these actors. Release of Investors Funds is entirely dependent upon the Producers securing these Actors (or Actors of equal Box Office appeal – as mutually agreed upon by the Producers and Investors).
